Processing & Delivery Times
  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service as Standard delivery.
Shipping Rates
  • Shipping in the UK Royal Mail 48 free or 24 express - £8
  • International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned.
International Shipping
  • We ship internationally to select countries. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Evoke London is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for address corrections or re-delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us at customerservice@evokelondon.com within 7 days of delivery.
